hmm, this past week i was required to complete a short training session on office ergonomics. among other things, i learned that maintaining proper posture includes ensuring that the spine remains in its natural "S" position and keeping both feet flat on the floor with my knees lower than my hips. tell katie to get with the program!! LOL.
mzungu is flopped down upon the keyboard and the mouse, which does not encourage proper hand position for me. another LOL.
